Privacy notice

This notice explains how Proanex Ltd ("Proanex", "we", "us") handles personal data when you visit proanex.com or contact us. Separate terms and a separate privacy notice apply to customers of Viiyoo, and are provided when you sign up.

Who we are

Proanex Ltd is the controller of your personal data. We are a private limited company registered in England and Wales, company number 17461523, with our registered office at 72 Gordon Avenue, Stanmore, HA7 3QS, United Kingdom. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].

What we collect and why

The contact form does not send anything to us by itself. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests them from Google's servers; Google receives your IP address as part of that request.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers who help us run our business, such as our email and website hosting providers, under contracts that require them to protect it, or where the law requires us to.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless it becomes part of a customer relationship, in which case the customer privacy notice applies.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability. To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
